It was my first time at any spa! I recommend it to everyone! It took me a while to finally relax, I don't relax well, but after I did, I really enjoyed it. Food was delicious, portions were perfect. The herbal tea was very good while you are relaxing in a hammock or a swing chair.
The spa was so pretty at night in the winter, with the fires and Christmas lights on outside. Everything at the restaurant was delicious. I came with friends several times just for the thermal experience and will be back many more times. It was well worth the price for all the different saunas, baths, amenities and relaxation rooms they offer.
This spa is an urban oasis. A shining peaceful escape at the heart of Sherbrooke. We had massages as well as mani pedis and also booked the thermal experience. We spent the day between appointment alternating between the hot and cold pools, the wet eucalyptus sauna, the dry sauna, the nap room(complete with a very sweet cat to cuddle with-all spas should have cats!) , the relaxing fires, and the swings. Lovely relaxing day! Must do the thermal experience. Even on a Sunday we did a walk in and got in!
So a few weeks ago I had a less than ideal experience at this spa. It was unfortunate but the spa can not control all that may happen when it comes to dealing with the public. Some people are simply animals with no class what so ever. This being said my first review was less than desirable. But now I have a very different opinion.
