It was my first time at any spa! I recommend it to everyone! It took me a while to finally relax, I don't relax well, but after I did, I really enjoyed it. Food was delicious, portions were perfect. The herbal tea was very good while you are relaxing in a hammock or a swing chair.
The spa was so pretty at night in the winter, with the fires and Christmas lights on outside. Everything at the restaurant was delicious. I came with friends several times just for the thermal experience and will be back many more times. It was well worth the price for all the different saunas, baths, amenities and relaxation rooms they offer.
The facilities are clean and easily accessible. But the big downside is the location unfortunately; you hear all the traffic from The bridge unless all the baths and water features are on. Food is ok, could be better ; it’s a bit too experimental and lacks gusto. Overall good experience.
I made a group reservation for the thermal experience, a member of the could not make it, I called weeks in advance and I have to pay full price for them even if I called a great deal before. The policy is given before you reserve, but it's not made nearly clear enough for a policy that is so severe. This spa is an urban oasis. A shining peaceful escape at the heart of Sherbrooke. We had massages as well as mani pedis and also booked the thermal experience. We spent the day between appointment alternating between the hot and cold pools, the wet eucalyptus sauna, the dry sauna, the nap room(complete with a very sweet cat to cuddle with-all spas should have cats!) , the relaxing fires, and the swings.
