It was my first visit, and overall it was a very nice experience. The view was beautiful, the spa was clean, and the staff were friendly. The food was also enjoyable. We also tried the massages; while they were okay, they weren’t a highlight for us. I would definitely return for the spa experience.

I’d rate my experience at Strøm Spa Mont-Saint-Hilaire as okay, but not worth the price for a “luxury” outing. We arrived early in the morning around 10 a.m., and were surprised to learn that there were no robes available for clients. Having previously worked in a spa, I understand that third-party suppliers can be late and that this can happen. That alone wasn’t a dealbreaker for me. Great spa and facilities, but I saw black mold around the steam room door and pink mold between the tiles. Not ideal for health and shows very poor sanitization. Hope management addresses this because its a nice spa...

Had an overall pleasant experience. The atmosphere was serene and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The variety of saunas and cold pools was impressive, allowing for a refreshing thermal experience. However, it can get a bit crowded at times, which slightly detracts from the tranquility. Very posh and well-planned out Nordic spa with baths, saunas, lounge pool and zen relaxing spaces. Great massages. Nice food at the bistro. Only drawback is pricing but once in a few months it's a great mini vacation close to home. This location is smaller than Saint Sauveur and the pool is unique.
