Had an overall pleasant experience. The atmosphere was serene and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The variety of saunas and cold pools was impressive, allowing for a refreshing thermal experience. We visited at night time, it was very well managed and we spent a very good time over there. I would suggest to purchase the package with supper at the restaurant. Maybe a four to five hours window is good enough. Don’t forget to bring your own slippers!
I loved the food( I took the lamb sandwich) , and the staff were very nice and helpful. However, I noticed that the 2/3 of pools/Jacuzzis weren’t as hot as the first one, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, it was uncomfortable that bathrobes couldn’t be changed (for free), as they get wet and cold.
We went here last week and the overall experience wasn't amazing. I feel like they should limit reservations because everything was full of people which made it hard to simply relax. There was a lot of smoke and they should definitely expand the installations. 2 hot water baths wasn't enough for everyone that was present. Moreover, there were a lot of chemicals and or odors in the air which made us nauseous . Overall, it's not bad but it could definitely do better for the price they are charging.
This was the first spa we visited in Canada, so we have nothing to compare with, but the experience was excellent. We were on Sunday morning, from 10 to 2. Although parking was already full, there were no feeling of overcrowdness. Saunas and relaxation areas we reasonably occupied, we got everywhere we wanted.
