It was my first visit, and overall it was a very nice experience. The view was beautiful, the spa was clean, and the staff were friendly. The food was also enjoyable. We also tried the massages; while they were okay, they weren’t a highlight for us. I would definitely return for the spa experience.
Truly one of my favourite places to get away to. I only have images of the food because you can't walk around with your phone, which is a highlight for me. I have found lately that many nordic spas have become really lenient with phones, and talking, making the experience not restful, but every Strom i've been to has really continued to create an atmosphere of rest and relaxation. This was my first time at the spa. I have been too many spas. This one in my opinion is rated five star on every level. The staff are bilingual and friendly and knowledgeable. The relaxation areas are many the massage therapy was amazing and well priced, and the restaurant in my opinion is a five star great meal great presentation and very friendly staff.!! Great spa and facilities, but I saw black mold around the steam room door and pink mold between the tiles. Not ideal for health and shows very poor sanitization. Hope management addresses this because its a nice spa...
Had an overall pleasant experience. The atmosphere was serene and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The variety of saunas and cold pools was impressive, allowing for a refreshing thermal experience. However, it can get a bit crowded at times, which slightly detracts from the tranquility.
