Strom was an absolute, beautiful experience, extremely therapeutic and relaxing. I was visiting Montreal and Strom came highly recommended. The property itself is large, fully equipped with dry Saunas, cold plunges, relaxing lounge chairs to take a nap, a facial station for hydration post spa day. The restaurant was very enjoyable. Very nice spa! On the smaller side but still a good variety with speaking zones and quiet spaces. The restaurant is very nice, amazing food! We both tried a table d’hôte , delicious yet healthy options. With the snow the scenery is beautiful, only downside the chairs weren’t cleared to sit next to the fire, but possibly due dye the fact it was snowing while we were there. If you want to eat there make sure to book ahead as the restaurent got completely packed.

I had such an incredible experience at Strøm Nordic Spa on Nun’s Island. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere feels calm and luxurious — the views of the water are absolutely beautiful and instantly relaxing. The massage was outstanding. My therapist was professional, attentive, and really took the time to focus on the areas that needed extra care

We visited Strøm Spa Montreal (Nuns’ Island) on Wednesday with a reservation for 11:00 am. This was our first outdoor spa experience, and while many aspects were excellent, the restaurant unfortunately took away from the overall experience. The spa facilities themselves are very well maintained, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. There are multiple saunas and baths to rotate between, so it never feels repetitive. Really enjoyed my visit here. The spa is cozy, the salted water pools feel amazing, and the relaxation areas are calm and peaceful. It was a birthday gift from a friend, and honestly it turned out perfect. The food was surprisingly good, prices were fair, and the whole environment felt well designed and relaxing. A great place to disconnect for a few hours.
