I am so fortunate to live close to such an incredible spa. I cannot praise the food enough. Whether it’s the lamb sandwich, seasonal soups, or shared platters, every dish is in a league far above most spas I’ve been to. The hot and cold pools are also great. The location couldn’t be better as it overlooks a picturesque lake (Lac des Battures). The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because without fail, every time I go, someone scolds me for talking. Beautiful relaxing location. Friendly staff. We went there on labor day weekend and we had a reservation. It was a bit too crowded though. At least 7 couples in each pool at the same time which was a bit unusual. Everything else is clean, did see some bugs in the bathroom though. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star for me.
I spent my birthday here for a relaxing spa day with my mother in law and hubby. it takes a little bit of a long time to check in, but the staff are very helpful and nice. I enjoyed my couple’s massage too. Only thing I would say is the facility is smaller than expected, and because we went on a Monday, we were not expecting it to be so busy. So the feel of a relaxing, and a somewhat “alone” atmosphere wasn’t possible but that’s okay! I still loved it:)
It was a great experience despite the clouds and rain. They didn't have a robe big enough for my partner, so they gave him a coupon. Then they happened to find one and one of the employees went around the place looking for him just to give it to him. Absolutely above and beyond. I recommend this for anyone visiting Montreal and has time.
If you look at all my reviews for other businesses, they are really positive 5 stars. I debated for a week before writing, but I think I need to share the experience. I will start by saying, the personal for the ritual, massage, restaurants were really skilled and nice people. Front desk experience was awful. I had called to buy a Immersive Package, the lady on the phone said she'd reserve for me and took my credit card.
