About this business

WellnessSpas

Strøm was founded on a simple idea: combining Nordic spa and urbanity, for a relaxing experience. This balance, which is also found by our customers, is based on facilities in nature, yet just minutes from urban centers. Officially opened since 2009, Strøm continues to grow, both in terms of locations but also in public recognition.

What a wonderful and relaxing day I had! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy, plenty of clean towels available. This spa had everything I was hoping for to lay back and take it easy. You could tell everyone there was having a lovely time. Will be visiting again! **If you take the bus, the walk is a little long, but pleasant as you can start relaxing by enjoying the view and fresh air.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of visiting Strøm Spa Nordique in Île-des-Sœurs, and it was nothing short of magical! From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a serene atmosphere that instantly whisked away my stress. The combination of invigorating cold plunges, soothing hot tubs, and the relaxing dry saunas created a perfect balance for a day of rejuvenation. I could have easily spent the entire day indulging in the various thermal experiences—each more delightful than the last. The restaurant was a highligh... read more

The hot tub is quite small when compared to those at other spas. As you're planning to relax, it might be beneficial to include a massage too. The nets have a terrible odor, and the locker rooms require More care. Aim to visit on less crowded days.

My experience was very pleasant from the check-in to check-out. I did encounter staff members who did not speak English, when I asked if they spoke English I was not greeted with any unpleasantness. Instead, I spoke with them in French (I am more comfortable w/ English as it is my preferred language) and was able get the necessary information I needed. ... read more

This was my first Nordic spa experience and after living in Asia and experiencing the likes of Japanese onsen and Korean jjimjilbang, I was not that impressed with my stay here but it was still a good experience. The outdoor spa was a lovely way to relax after doing a bit of touring around Montreal. There are two hot baths, two cold plunges, two steam rooms (each with a different style), and resting areas including an infra-red room. Because it is outdoors and co-ed, bathing suits are required. You must bring your own sand... read more
