Strom was an absolute, beautiful experience, extremely therapeutic and relaxing. I was visiting Montreal and Strom came highly recommended. The property itself is large, fully equipped with dry Saunas, cold plunges, relaxing lounge chairs to take a nap, a facial station for hydration post spa day. The restaurant was very enjoyable. Very nice spa! On the smaller side but still a good variety with speaking zones and quiet spaces. The restaurant is very nice, amazing food! We both tried a table d’hôte , delicious yet healthy options. With the snow the scenery is beautiful, only downside the chairs weren’t cleared to sit next to the fire, but possibly due dye the fact it was snowing while we were there. If you want to eat there make sure to book ahead as the restaurent got completely packed.

I visited the spa while visiting Montreal with my friends. After our travel day, this was the perfect experience the next day to recover. The steam baths, steam room, sauna, facial station, and restaurant were all incredibly relaxing. The price of the visit is 100% worth every penny. We stayed from 1140 AM to 4 PM because the ticket is good from open to close. Bring a refillable water bottle, flip-flops, and a hat if you go in the dead of Canadian winter like we did. I really like this spa and have visited twice so far. The view is beautiful and very relaxing. Compared to other Storm Spa locations, it is smaller, but because it’s close to where I live, it has been my first choice. The staff are polite and friendly. The facilities and saunas are clean, and the towels are clean as well. However, there are a few points that, in my opinion, could significantly improve the experience: 1. We visited Strøm Spa Montreal (Nuns’ Island) on Wednesday with a reservation for 11:00 am. This was our first outdoor spa experience, and while many aspects were excellent, the restaurant unfortunately took away from the overall experience. The spa facilities themselves are very well maintained, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. There are multiple saunas and baths to rotate between, so it never feels repetitive.
