This is a lovely facility where for a reasonable price you can spend a day wandering from hot pools to cold pools to relaxation rooms to restaurants as well as wet and dry saunas. On a cold winter's day, this place was not only beautiful, but a real treat to the soul and body. A luxurious bathrobe is provided along with plentiful towels. Large Spa in a very beautiful location. Lots of walking and stairs, baths and saunas are quite a walk from each other and given the slushy snow it was very dangerous. Saw quite a few people fall. Lots of room for improvement. Major expansion is required. The locker rooms are TINY. 3 sinks and 3 showers?! This is embarrassing for a spa that charges the same amount as much larger and more Equipped Scandinavian spa. All of the hot tubs are like warm, not hot at all Way too busy and packed. Absolutely amazing experience! The whole staying was great, the location with the river passing, the steam baths pools are awesome, the massage was good, but not great. I'll return when I'm in Quebec again 👍🏻
Amazing experience at storm in snowy day. We spend full day there. hospitality and customer service was outstanding. I forgot to bring a sneakers, Charley guide me for full process and help me to get one. Thank you 🙏
The previous Polar Bear Club has been turned into a chic and modern Strom brand spa. They have taken over the spa/hotel across the river and have made a larger relaxation space, more saunas and wonderful restaurant with plans for more in the future. I love coming to this spa every time I’m in Saint Sauveur. It has a few large salt water pools, cold plunges, saunas and hot tubs.
