I recently spent the afternoon at this spa and am already ready to go back. The facilities are gorgeous and newly renovated, the staff is friendly and professional and there’s a wide range of baths, saunas and relaxation rooms to choose from. My partner and I enjoyed Swedish Massages then spent a while birdwatching from the lounging chairs. We left feeling relaxed and energized!
I went for the first time with my mother in April with the forfait Découverte I received for Christmas. Exchanged the Strom massages for Deep tissue and they credited the difference of price so I could use it during my experience (at the restaurant or for merch). The massage was amazing, the thermal experience too and the food was delicious (i had the gravlax). I recommend it. The exterior of the spa and restaurant are nice, the food is okay and the staff are friendly. I think the relaxation rooms could be improved. The floating basket is too close together. The fireplace could be larger upstairs, as this is a large relaxation room. But overall, its okay for a quick last minute spa.
A wonderful addition to the Strom spas! I have to say after reading some reviews (after I booked for Saint Sauveur) I was really dreading my visit. However upon arrival I could breath a sigh of relief. First off the staff, from start to finish, where incredible, they were so helpful, kind and truly offered excellent customer service. We came to the grand opening on Oct. 5th, we received a lovely welcoming gift, that was a nice surprise, however, there were things that needed to be implemented that weren't and made the experience aggrevating for me. Like in all other Strom location they have signs on all the chairs "do not reserve" meaning you cannot leave your things/towel and walk away, if you are not using the chair you cannot leave your things on it, this allows other people a chance to use them, I had to lie on the floor because evey single chair was... read more
