Visited from Toronto. Overall amazing Spa/ Thermal Baths experience. Their facilities are top notch and the location is stunning. Really enjoyed their floating bath and found the extra cost completely worth it. Definitely worth a visit! Only complaint is the service at their Nord restaurant to be very slow and non responsive even though it was empty.
The Strom Nordic spa is a must-do experience if staying anywhere near Old Quebec. The spa is massive with a variety of open air baths, in door soaking baths, cold baths and a massage area. The earlier you go the better the deal you get because you can stay as long as you want. We were a party of six and stayed about 4.5 hours and everyone was saying how they could have stayed longer. Definitely will be back.
*updated no follow up email at all Sadly, I have to express my disappointment about the racism I experienced in this space. I’ve been to many Strom locations before, but this was my first time at this one, and being treated differently because of my race was shocking to me. I went with a white friend, and I could clearly feel the difference in the way we were treated. It’s unfortunate that I have to leave a negative review here. I thoroughly enjoyed my spa experience and was planning to tell all my family and friends how wonderful it was until dinner. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience at the restaurant. Afterward, I made a complaint to the front desk, and the staff assured me that the manager would call me the next day to provide feedback. Honestly, all I wanted was an apology.
