It was very easy to get there by bus. Nice place and clean, I like that there are many bath options and many resting areas. There's even a lounging area where you can give yourself a facial treatment. Unfortunately, the mask bottle was empty for the lady that came after us, and she seemed quite sad. Towels and a bathrobe are provided, we did not try the restaurant option.
We visited the spa during our stay in Vieux Quebec for my husband's Birthday. We decided to walk there from our hotel and got caught in a heavy downpour. When we arrived we were soaked to the core and dripping wet 💦 Not one person at the front desk offered us a towel to dry off which I found quite strange and honestly disappointing. One of my favourite places to spend the day! I’ve been twice - and will be back again. The facilities, staff, restaurant and location can’t be beat. Both times I discovered a new hidden room….its almost too much to take in on one day. I dream of my return visit…
Strom Nordic Spa has its highlights, but for the price point, there are areas that need elevating. For context, we spent $685 for 2 massages, 1 treatment, lunch, and thermal access. Pros: - Beautiful facility with breathtaking views all around. Definitely worth the thermal access fee. What a treat! The facility is beautiful and clean. We came on a Sunday, it wasn't crowded at all, very easy to find a lounger and not be crowded in one of the many baths. I loved the lazy river!! The outdoor bar was closed so the only way to get something to drink besides water was to go sit at the restaurant. It would have been nice to enjoy a glass of wine while lounging.
