I was worried after seeing some negative reviews before our vacation but my husband and I had the opposite experience. Everything about this place is magical! I absolutely was blown away by all the different spaces that were included. I got a massage but honestly just wanted to keep doing the thermal experience. What a beautiful experience! I spent 10 hours there and still felt like I could’ve been there longer! I had the ultimate day that started with a massage, enjoyed the facilities, and then ended with a body wrap & facial. If I did it again I’d opt for just 1-2 services. The facilities were incredible! This was my first time visiting Strom Spa in Old Quebec and I’m so glad I did! If you’re on the fence based on other peoples reviews, just do it! You won’t regret it! I do recommend going early though. I booked a 0830am time slot which was great however the baths don’t open until 0900am so there was a bit of waiting but I took this opportunity to read some of my book and begin to relax. One of the nicest Spa's we've been to. Staff was friendly and curteous and even though their was a lot of people, the size of the location makes it still feel intimate and cozy. Would be nice if some staff would remind people to not talk so loud while in the spa by the water, that would be the only negative
It was truly a magical night, the perfect end to an unforgettable day. At that time, Quebec was far colder than Ontario, wrapped in a deeper kind of winter.
