I arrived 15 minutes early for my 10am appointment. An aesthetician in the lobby told me that Missy would be providing my service but that she was not in yet. She said Missy would come get me when she arrived and then went in the back with another customer. I waited in the lobby until 10:35am and no one ever came to get me or to provide me an update. Missy is exceptional. She was recommended to me by a close friend and is worth driving a bit farther for. She is always professional, kind, and efficient. This location is easy to find, has lots of parking, and is exceptionally clean.
