I've been going to Sugar Plum for a few years now and can't recommend them highly enough. Every staff member I've interacted with has been super knowledgeable and professional and I always enjoy chatting with my sugaring tech, Jess, during my visits. I've been seen by a few different sugaring techs over the years but have always felt I'm in good hands when I'm there and I love the way my skin looks and feels after every appointment!
Highly recommended! I've been going here for a couple years now. Bianca is by far the best technician I've had, and I go to her regularly. Her technique is gentler and less painful the anyone else, which makes a big difference. She's friendly, body-positive, and a great conversationalist. I feel super comfortable with her. People like her are why I keep coming back! If you're currently waxing, give sugaring a try. It's a million times better in my opinion (especially for sensitive skin like mine).
First time using Sugar Plum and Jess made me feel very comfortable. She was easy to talk to and she did an amazing job.
This place came highly recommended by a friend. I had previously done a sugar session but the experience made me not do it again. Bianca was patient, funny, and very enjoyable in the midst of the pain lol. I now recommend sugaring, but at this location, and with Bianca. I’m more than happy to come and be in pain with someone who makes me feel at ease and makes the process a breeze!
I’ve been seeing Bianca H. And I had no idea Brazilian wax could hurt so little! I have sensitive skin and have experienced excessive swelling and pain in the past. Bianca has years of experience under her belt and has amazing technique. Today I got my underarms waxed and I barely felt it. Last her bed side manner is impeccable! If possible I would give her 100 out of a 5 star rating!
