I’ve loved my experience here! I’ve recently started doing monthly Brazilians (which I’ve never done before) and have received nothing but the best. All the girls are so kind and are great at what they do and make it such a quick and easy process!
Update on my previous review: When I came in the first time, I left with a sour taste in my mouth: due to a scheduling mishap I waited for 40 minutes for nothing and then left. I was contacted the same day with apologies by Lindsey, the owner, with an explanation of what went wrong and she has gone above and beyond to make up for it, and I felt valued as a customer. I have been getting Brazilian waxes for over 15 years. I’ve had soft and hard wax throughout. This time, I decided to try sugaring…. OMG! It was amazing. I was in and out within 10 mins. Jocelyn was so quick, her techniques weren’t as painful, and my post-sugar results are so much more cleaner and smoother and less sensitive compared to waxing. I’m day 3 post sugaring. I HIGHLY recommend sugaring with Jocelyn! You won’t regret it! 😍
McKenna was so so professional and sweet. It was my first time being waxed and she made sure I was comfortable and explained everything in detail of what to expect. Couldn’t have been a better first experience.
