She was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process while explaining everything in detail. An amazing experience at Synergy Wellness and Medi Spa. I have gone for other services here and always satisfied. Today was my first visit for a facial and stem cell therapy. I was greeted by my favorite team and Alize gave me one of my best facials I have ever had. With aging skin - Alize had a few suggestions to continue my daily regimen to stay healthy and young. I love Danielle I’ve been getting my laser hair removal from her for 5 years now. She makes you feel super comfortable as well as the whole staff. Very spa like and professional. I recommended them 100% to anyone!!
The spa is lovely. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. My one issue is that I called to ask the price for a facial. It sounded reasonable. I booked. However, while the time was wonderful, it was only about a half hour, maybe a few minutes longer. I am used to a facial being about an hour. For the cost, I think this is something that should be specified when a client asks about the facials. I also selected yes on my paperwork for free consultations, and none were performed. Booked an appointment with Skyla and it was SO good! We did the signature facial and I added on the jelly mask, which my skin LOVED. it was so cooling and hydrating. Then we also did dermaplanning which I will be coming back for once a month. Left my skin smoother than a babies butt.
