I had Michelle for my second appointment and she was ABSOLUTELY amazing! She was very nice, thorough, professional, and made sure that I was doing ok throughout the procedure. The person I had before took a whole hour and Michelle did it in 20 minutes which was so great. My tattoo is on my neck and into my hairline so, it's a very sensitive area and the quicker the better.
