Met with Luisa and the consultation was great. She was professional and very informative. I'm rating it a 1 star because of her unprofessional behavior and lying regarding actual price of removal. Don't waste your time on this place!
Louisa is great, very professional and kind. Still have 2 more treatments to go but after my 1st treatment a significant portion of my tattoo is already gone.

The process works fine, I'm getting rid of a small tattoo. But on my first appointment the technician called me after 30 minutes of my schedule appointment to let me know she is running late because she had an issue with her car. I understood because it sounds like an unfortunate situation. But today, for my second appointment. Lynsey is an actual angel. She is extremely sweet and kind and takes her time to explain the entire process to you. She does not push you to make a decision at any time & is very knowledgeable about the process. She taught me so much stuff & has done an amazing job at my removal. I am completely satisfied with my results and will miss Lynsey when I’m all done!
