Luisa was absolutely amazing! She explained everything thoroughly and it was very easy to understand what you should expect after your appointment with the healing process! The removal process was quick and quite painless. If you did fine with your tattoo pain prior, then this is a walk in the park for you! Can’t wait to see the finished result!

Unfortunately I feel that they were unprofessional. I don’t know how I can have an appointment with them a week in advance, in person, to look at a tattoo removal for them to text me a day before and say it needs to be virtual or they have to reschedule. It’s frustrating all this virtual bs. What happened to keeping your word and just meeting people face to face to hash out the situation. I said no thank you and I’ll find a different company to take my business to.

I am having my second tattoo removed by Tatt2Away. I Am very pleased with the process and the results. Luisa did my first tattoo and Sheila is doing the second. They are both very professional, personable and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Tatt2Away and staff at this location.
