Met with Luisa and the consultation was great. She was professional and very informative. I'm rating it a 1 star because of her unprofessional behavior and lying regarding actual price of removal. Don't waste your time on this place!
Luisa, is awesome!! She thoroughly explained the removal process and what to expect. I’ve done one session and am in the process of healing, can’t wait to get back there for the next one. Thank you for helping me remove a mistake!! (I have a bunch of tattoos, getting a tattoo was not a mistake, just one specific tattoo was 😜)

The process works fine, I'm getting rid of a small tattoo. But on my first appointment the technician called me after 30 minutes of my schedule appointment to let me know she is running late because she had an issue with her car. I understood because it sounds like an unfortunate situation. But today, for my second appointment.
