As a first timer, I had such an amazing experience at The Brightwood! I came in for the Mini Diamond Glow facial and was blown away by how welcoming and professional the entire team was. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel so comfortable and cared for. I had an appointment for a complimentary mini diamond glow facial and I met with Anna. As soon as you walk inside you’re greeted by the receptionist and she was so kind!! Informed me that Anna was running ten minutes late and if that would be alright with me. I didn’t mind at all and I had a good small conversation with her before being led into my room. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Brightwood Skin, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! More than a week later, my skin is still glowing after a fantastic facial with Denise. The staff is warm, knowledgeable, and welcoming, and the facility is both beautiful and impeccably clean. I’m already looking forward to booking my next treatment!

Had an amazing first visit! The place is very well decorated and the person checking me in was super bright & bubbly. I did a diamond glow facial and my NP, Denise, was super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She did such a great job & my skin is visibly glowing afterwards. Will definitely be coming back and interested in some of their other treatments as well. This is my first time in Ridgewood and I’m spending a bit of the day here as the town is super cute! Would recommend even if you have to make the drive.

I had my very first facial here and it was such a great experience that I booked my next appointment before I even left! The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff are so welcoming, and my skin has never looked or felt better. They really take the time to explain what they’re doing and tailor the treatment to your needs.
