Amazing atmosphere, once you enter you are feeling super relaxed. Dr Annie was amazing, I was informed about my procedure and informed about my future treatment possible, if you are looking for a great experience and want to feel relaxed in Central London, this is the place to go to.
The space is incredible, once inside you really do feel you are in a haven hidden in the city. The smell noises and interior design are superb! I had the best facial with Xenia ! She is gentle, nice and super knowledgeable about skin ! She explained the treatment step by step and gave me tips to improve on my skincare at home. Left wanting to go back as soon as possible!
Today was my 2nd visit to HVN, the place is magnificent ( not enough word to express). Very welcoming and professional staff. Florina is one of the best beauty therapists there and she had my hydrafacial today she has magic touch in her hands, each and every step was explained clearly! I was gifted a Glass skin micro infusion facial and hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatment and I was blown away by this clinic. It is a unique gem in the middle of Knightsbridge. You feel a sense of zen from the moment you step through the door. Dr Ireny did the treatments and was so knowledgeable, welcoming and kind. My skin was GLOWING by the time I left. Sylwia at the concierge also looked after me from get go, bringing me some delicious tea and making me feel at home. I will without a doubt be back!
