I was really looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately my experience with customer service was disappointing. Due to a delayed flight, I needed to cancel my appointment and reached out 26 hours beforehand, which I understood to be within the cancellation window. I recently visited The Modern Dr to have a vitamin d injection. RN Tess was lovely, after talking about the process and other options Tess suggested a b12 injection as well. I decided that I would benefit from a b12 injection. Both injections were painless and over and done with in no time. The next day I noticed a big difference as to how I was feeling. Dr Adeel has really helped me deal with with some chronic health and well being issues. He is well experienced and truly wants to help his patients. The clinic has a calming vibe and all the staff are extremely helpful and lovely.
Warm, welcoming, safe environment. The care Dr Fatima gives is so invaluable. She really listens and takes a deep dive into what is going on with you as an individual. I highly recommend this practice to all women experiencing changes in hormones and energy levels.
Dr Adeel is incredibly supportive, compassionate and knowledgeable. When I first met him I was a mess. My hormones and period were all over the place. Within 6 weeks my cycle was back my hormones starting to regulate! And with time and lots of acupuncture I conceived naturally at 41 and now have a perfect healthy baby boy.
