I had been looking for a new waxing place after my previous one shut down. After reading many reviews & doing lots of research, I came across the Pretty Kitty! I am so glad I did. Leslye is truly amazing!! She made sure that I knew everything that was going on, every product she was going to use and was very gentle during the process. This place was so neat, clean & welcoming. I also love the fact that they are open later than most. I will definitely be back & I 100% recommend Leslye for any of your future services!
Leslye has a bunch of great reviews for a reason! She kept me laughing the whole time, and she knew how to take care of me as well as my THICK CURLY hair. I will definitely be back! As a former waxing professional, her technique is great, bedside amazing, and as painless as a wax could be.
I had an amazing experience here for my first time waxing! After reading some reviews and landed on seeing Pearl. She got me back and up to speed quickly and immediately made me feel comfortable. The way my situation was handled, I felt so calm, at peace and the process wasn't as painful as my usual waxing.I really appreciate the expertise. Luckily she’s also got great people skills so we chatted a bit which distracted e from the process. Quicker and smoother than I imagined. See ya next month Pearl! 😃
I have never met a more genuine and gentle woman than Leslye at the Legacy location in Plano Texas . She really listened to my concerns and helped me through the whole process. We talked about after care and how often to comeback. The music was great reminded me of my grandparents house, which made me relax even more. I enjoyed our conversation! Originally, I gave this location 2 stars for service that was subpar and unexpected for this place. However, after doing some digging to find out how to essentially provide feedback (their email address on the website doesn’t work), the regional manager connected me with a clean up appointment here with Leslye who is 100% worth it.
