I go there to get botox and have always had a great experience. The doctors are friendly, professional and listen to my needs. They have always started with lower units to see how I liked it and adjusted after if I felt I wanted something different and have never pressured me into getting more than I needed! I have been with both Dr. Dale and Dr. Atkinson with results I am always satisfied with. It's always nice chatting with them as well, they have great bedside manner and make you feel comfortable.
Wonderful initial experience from beginning to end at the vanity lab. The team exhibited total professionalism, and we’re very experienced in their roles. Dr. Gordon was an exceptional professional. He has a terrific bedside manner, and took the time to answer all my questions. Rate it a 10!
I have been to the Vanity Lab countless times and every time i am greeted with a smile. My techicians and doctors have been so knowledgeable and kind. Tanya who is a treatment consultant has been very helpful in achieving my best skin and tailors my plan according to my concerns. I received biostimulators from Dr Jordan today. It has been a first time experience and I did not know what to expect. He has explained the procedure, answered my questions patiently and I felt confident that I could trust him with my face! He’s been extremely professional and very gentle. I would highly recommend him as a provider for this service!!
The Vanity lab did such an amazing job during my consultation. I felt so at ease to discuss my skin care and gained so much knowledge during my session. Went back home with a customised treatment plan and skin care product list. Will be a repetitive client going forward 💖💖
