Not Worth the Price – Very Basic Service I went to The Vanity Lab for a Hydro Facial expecting a premium, advanced treatment given their reputation and pricing. While the staff were polite and their customer service was decent, the actual service was a huge disappointment. I absolutely love the vanity lab, I have been a patient now for over a decade and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Their consultation process is flawless, I love having data to track my results through the years and my treatments have always given me the exact result I was looking for. Tanya is such a knowledgeable and caring consultant who always makes me feel comfortable and confident. I never feel pressured like at some other clinics, and their reccomendations have left my skin looking better than it did in my 20s. The front desk team is warm, welcoming, and so professional, and Dr. Li is incredibly skilled and attentive!
Every time I visit the Vanity lab I am left feeling relaxed and cared for. The front staff are always warm and welcoming, and the aestheticians are both knowledgeable and kind. I especially want to shout out Elle, who I have seen for chemical peels and recently my first microneedling. She takes the time to explain each step, checks in throughout the treatment, and shares helpful suggestions for skincare for my needs. I highly recommend the Vanity lab!
Tanya, Dr. Dale, Lydia, and the whole team are warm, professional, and genuinely care about their clients. Their approach to skincare is thoughtful and personalized...I never felt pressured, just well-informed. The customer service and overall care have been consistently excellent.
