Anita at the front desk was great! First time here and she encouraged me to try on product , gave me little samples of the ones I liked and was just overall really warm. Sometimes high end medical spas can be edgy and if the staff isn’t friendly it’s a turn off. Beautiful facility, nicely furnished, well light, spa like! Haven’t tried the facials yet, some promos are being released soon.
I had an amazing experience at the Vanity lab! The clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. I had an issue after doing a peel at home. As soon as I called the clinic, I was handled with such customer service. I received a phone call from their technician 2 days later and Elle questioned and asked what steps I took for the peel. I walked in on a Saturday to see if they had any openings for a facial and they did! I was really in need of one. The place was so pretty and the staff was very kind and helpful. My aesthetician offered options and explained everything clearly. She was calm and caring and the facial was very relaxing. My face looked great afterwards! I will be back!
