Absolutely love everything about the Vanity Lab. All the staff are so wonderful. I've had a number of facials including IPLs, Microneedling and Morpheus8 with Emma M and she has been amazing! Emma's technique, knowledge and energy is always spot on. Love her! Tanya B has helped me so much with a treatment plan and product selection and is so kind and helpful. I started my skincare journey a few years ago with Vanitylab, saw immediate improvements and will continue to go back for products and treatments.
Not very happy with their customer service. I came to get lip filler injections and during the “free and mandatory” consultation I was told I need over 6k worth of treatments done to my face by Tanya.. (I’m 28 years old, this is insulting), I wanted to stay within my budget but still agreed to get some additional filler in my jawline, labifolds, and under my lip on my chin (as instructed by the injector dr Atkinson because I had a slightly crooked smile) Well this area under my lip ended up getting SO Hard, for days. I originally met Dr. Joan Li at another clinic and followed her to The Vanity Lab because she is the best aesthetic physician I’ve ever had. She’s gentle, precise, and always listens to what I want. Her results are natural and I never feel overdone. Serena is also amazing , warm, friendly, and very caring. I always feel taken care of from the moment I walk in. Highly recommend!

It’s been a couple of months now since I saw Lauren at the vanity lab for dermal fillers and I am still so happy with my results!!! Lauren was super attentive and kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. I’ve had lip fillers a few times and they always hurt but this time it was almost painless and truly my lips are the best they’ve ever looked!!! So recommend Lauren and the vanity lab and will for sure be going back :)
