I’m so glad I tried The Vanity Lab for laser hair removal. Jenna specifically is fantastic at what she does and leaves no questions left unanswered in her explanation of procedures. I’ve also had facials with Jenna and injectables with Danica NP and both services are equally fabulous. It’s a beautiful space and the staff really looks to make your experience fantastic!

I've been seeing Kaitlin for about 3 months and so far every service and product recommendation has been spot on. I've struggled with acne since I was a teen and already I'm experiencing the best skin of my adult life! My break outs are far less aggressive and clearing up faster which is so refreshing. Every service she's been super transparent about the experience (how it will feel, potential side effects, down time, etc) and it has built a lot of trust. I received hair laser remove and the bella facial treatments here. The price is reasonable. Im just disappointed for the lack of skill during my hair removal session #9-11. I didn’t feel the laser was getting to my hair and when I did raise the matter up it was dismissed rather than taking a correct course of action…

I saw Jenna today for a VISIA Skin analysis to get a better idea of how I’m doing with my current skincare regime, if I should be using different products, potentially trying some treatment/procedures, and overall just how my skin is doing having just turned 41. She was prompt, professional and WOW she is a wealth of knowledge and so easy to speak with. She washed my face and the VISIA machine took photos. I literally drive 2.5 hours for a TVL facial and will continue to do so. Not only is the facial an elevated experience but the follow up education and advice is exceptional. The difference in the appearance of my skin after one facial and using the suggested product as laid out in detail is noticeable.
