By far the best facial experience in Edmonton, every time I get a facial at The Vanity Lab it’s like a rebirth, I get the TVL medically enhanced facial with dermaplaning every month or 2 for about 2 years now and it is truly life changing. I did a VISIA skin analysis with Jenna and had a great experience! She throughly explained the different parts of the analysis and created a detailed treatment plan. Since then I have been for multiple facials and acne laser. Jenna does not push treatments or products on you but I highly recommend taking her advice. I will definitely be recommending Jenna to my friends and family!
Jenna's exceptional skills make her a natural! Very precise, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Jenna is outstanding at explaining exactly what to expect during a treatment and she is always spot on! She provides excellent answers to any questions while having fun. Jenna ensures post care is carefully covered. Her recommendations on all aspects of skincare are thoughtful, informed and valued. I got a skin analysis with Jenna for the first time at The Vanity Lab and it was a great experience. Jenna went into great detail about my skin condition and gave lots of suggestions on how to improve as well as some product and treatment recommendations. I was worried it would be too sales pitch-y but that was not the case at all. I would definitely come back :)
Jenna is very knowledgeable and thoroughly addresses all of your skin care concerns. I’m so glad she was recommended to me. The rest of the staff is lovely as well. Shout out to Kait for following up after each treatment!
