i had the best waxing experience, in my 4 years of waxing, here. i called after being turned away at EWC and asked if she would see me. i told her about having been turned away and the location is so conveniently close to me that i was able to be there in less than 15 minutes. she took great care of me and sent me off with a little care package. the music was bumping too, overall beautiful atmosphere.
I have never been so smooth in my entire life. I got waxed by the owner, and she did a tremendous job. I always have a great time getting waxed here. The girls are so patient and the sweetest.
Whole experience was great! I booked with Lily and she was very sweet, knowledgeable and professional. Probably one of the easiest and best waxes I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend!
I came in today as an walk in and the customer service was Amazing. The facility was super clean, smelled nice, and the music was a vibe. Jasmine greeted me from the time of arrival. She explained everything during my Brazilian. As a fellow Esti I felt super comfortable during the service. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a wax to book Jasmine!
It was my first time doing a Brazilian wax with them. The store is pretty clean, the staffs are all nice. Lily did great with my wax and she was also giving tips for post-wax
