It was my first time doing a Brazilian wax with them. The store is pretty clean, the staffs are all nice. Lily did great with my wax and she was also giving tips for post-wax

I came in today as an walk in and the customer service was Amazing. The facility was super clean, smelled nice, and the music was a vibe. Jasmine greeted me from the time of arrival. She explained everything during my Brazilian. As a fellow Esti I felt super comfortable during the service. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a wax to book Jasmine!
My waxer was quick and gentle. I was in and out in less than 15 mins. This place is a must try for your self care experience.
The service here is great! Building is very clean and the two waxers who greeted me into the building were super kind. I had an appointment with Alexia for a Brazilian and had a great experience. She was super nice and the wax was incredibly gentle. She listened to my concerns regarding my skin issues and recommended me product to help. I love the availability that this studio offers as well with weekend and evening availability.
