I came in today as an walk in and the customer service was Amazing. The facility was super clean, smelled nice, and the music was a vibe. Jasmine greeted me from the time of arrival. She explained everything during my Brazilian. As a fellow Esti I felt super comfortable during the service. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a wax to book Jasmine!
The service here is great! Building is very clean and the two waxers who greeted me into the building were super kind. I had an appointment with Alexia for a Brazilian and had a great experience. She was super nice and the wax was incredibly gentle. She listened to my concerns regarding my skin issues and recommended me product to help. I love the availability that this studio offers as well with weekend and evening availability.
My experience is always great! Wax snobs is very clean and always makes me feel comfortable when getting a wax.
Definitely a 1st time great experience! I went a month ago and had Alannah. She made me feel comfortable, explained the process waxing as this was my first time and she calmed my nerves. The studio is very clean and looks great. Staff was super welcoming. This will surely be my go to spot moving forward! I definitely recommend the San Antonio location!
I love The Wax Snob Studios! They are so friendly and I book with Imani for all of my waxes. She is so sweet, pleasant, and informative. If I have any questions she always has an answer for me. I will continue to use them. Plus I'm used to it now! If you go there you won't be disappointed!
