Disappointment Post! I have recommended this place to soooo many people and have been many times myself and absolutely loved it! It is so relaxing with the quiet room, champagne, upscale ammentities, robe, slippers, etc. However, my sisters and I booked it today for a girls day and they are still under Covid protocols. Which I didn’t know. I booked it for us online and guess I missed the part that basically all the amenities that make this place special aren’t being done. Jacob was my masseuse, and he was absolutely phenomenal. I did a 1hr Swedish. The staff were extremely polite, and professional. the facility is amazing, it’s a one stop shop for all of your skincare, beauty, relaxation, spa treatments and it’s perfect for couples as well as men who enjoy being pampered as well, I highly recommended them, I cannot wait to go back for my mani pedi, and other treats.
