Telephoned yesterday as needed urgent advice over issue following facial aesthetic treatment. From first call, to receptionist to nurse and doctor all in one day - super efficient service. Everyone was really kind and helped to settle my anxiety. Big special mention to Chloe and Dr Virmani who were both excellent - cannot thank them enough. Would totally recommend this clinic.

Excellent service! Really thorough follow up review where I also had the opportunity to explore lots of potential treatment options in more detail. I was able to walk away having a clear plan of next steps and suitable future options available, whilst also having been advised on treatments that wouldn’t be suitable. This meant I left with full confidence that I wasn’t being persuaded to have treatments that I don’t need.

Just had some minor surgery and can’t praise highly enough. The clinic itself is a lovely environment, staff friendly and helpful and Dr Virmani is very professional in his approach to the surgery itself and aftercare. Everything fully explained. Excellent all round.

Booked in for a treatment with Sam this morning. She was professional, knowledgeable and overall just so lovely. As a medical professional myself I feel confident and comfortable having treatments done at One Clinic which is largely run by other healthcare professionals. Its clean and welcoming. Reasonably priced too for the level of expertise 👍🏼 Will book again soon

Had a chemical peal done today by Chloe, such a lovely women personally I rate the experience 5 stars, got to have a blanket on me whilst I had a peal and my mother got to have a coffee with some chocolate, such lovely and caring people working here
