Had the most incredible experience today with Braylee (sorry if that’s incorrectly spelt!). Cannot fault this experience, it was so relaxing, beautiful products, my hair felt incredible and I was sooooo relaxed by the end. I will be back for sure and bringing my girlfriends with me. Cannot recommend this enough!!!

Lovely therapist but head massage wasn’t as firm as I was expecting. It wasn’t that relaxing as you have to kind of sit up at an angle the whole time. Most of the time was spent washing my hair and I did expect a bit more neck and shoulder massage. Ok experience but I’d rather a facial or Thai massage for the $$ spent.
You deserve this. This was my first visit, and it was amazing. I booked for a Himiko fine must. I feel so relaxed, and my hair is so soft! I highly recommend this business, and will definitely be coming back
Unfortunately I did not rate the Tokyo Headspa experience at all. The treatment: the headspa experience (costing $165) was a generous gift from a friend for my birthday, and I couldn’t help but feel like it was a waste of her money and a waste of my time. It is just an average hair wash that you get at a salon- nothing more. I was then sat in a chair in the same room and given a shoulder massage and my hair roughly dried for the 2nd half of the time.
