Had the most incredible experience today with Braylee (sorry if that’s incorrectly spelt!). Cannot fault this experience, it was so relaxing, beautiful products, my hair felt incredible and I was sooooo relaxed by the end. I will be back for sure and bringing my girlfriends with me. Cannot recommend this enough!!!
Lovely therapist but head massage wasn’t as firm as I was expecting. It wasn’t that relaxing as you have to kind of sit up at an angle the whole time. Most of the time was spent washing my hair and I did expect a bit more neck and shoulder massage. Ok experience but I’d rather a facial or Thai massage for the $$ spent.
Chika was lovely during my appointment at Tokyo Headspa. The good reviews did not disappoint. I came out feeling relaxed and my hair smelled divine. There was just a slight language barrier however I appreciated Chika for trying her best to communicate herself as best as she can (only in Sydney for 5 months from Japan) in explaining the products she was using. She was also making sure I was comfortable and I was ok with the pressure. Recommend!
I did the Cosmic Space experience here at the Bondi location after receiving a voucher as a gift from colleagues. The environment was perfectly designed to be relaxing and the space projections and scents in the booth gave a wonderful sense of timelessness. The experience was a mix of gentle scalp massage, facial massage, arm, and neck and focused on relaxation and tension relief. The service was so professional and thoughtful. I can highly recommend.
I purchased this as a gift for my best friend who is a new mum and mum to a toddler, so thought it a much needed break for her. There was a special, so I came along as well. I was met by a lovely staff member called Chisato who took us into the massage space. She could not have been more soft, sweet and professional. You get to change into a robe, with relaxing music, dark lights and sit on a soft recliner which allows you to go almost horizontal, with a soft blanket over you (very cosy & relaxing).
