Located inside Salon Lane, I visited this head spa on a Sunday afternoon. The room was initimate but, it had all the essentials: diffuser, hair dryer, product display and the block out curtains made it a relaxing environment. I tried the Amaterasu treatment and I quite enjoyed it. The therapist Laura had a very good technique for massages and was friendly. My therapist Laura made this experience amazing. She was so kind and knowledgeable- kept checking to ensure I was comfortable and relaxed. The treatment was incredible- I was lucky enough to be gifted the sun goddess treatment for 2h40min (from my partner) and it was just heaven. Several days later my hair is still clean, soft and glossy. The combination of the steam treatments and waterfall experience was so special.
If you are a fan or Japanese or South Korean head spas then this place with transport you to Tokyo or Seoul. I was gifted the Tokyo Experience which is 70 minutes. An intimate experience as the space holds only one client. Starting with a bried consultation on your hair type and concerns, your therapist will then craft a tailored package of 2 x shampoo, conditioner and hair mask. I came with very dehydrated and bleach-damaged hair, but after my hair felt smooth, nourished and smelling delightful.
I enjoyed the treatment a lot, it is a very indulgent experience. I had the K-18 Enrich treatment which included multiple shampoos and varying head massages and was followed up by a neck and shoulder massage while the K-18 treatment was working its magic. Highly recommend if you like head massages.
This experience was amazing. My hair has never felt so clean and silky even when I’ve gone to the hair salon. I wish I could remember what products they used because I would love to get them for home! I do understand what others have said in regards to hearing noises from other hairdressers and customers in other rooms but in all honesty, for me it wasn’t that loud and it was kind of a muffled background noise with the music that way playing and I still felt relaxed regardless. Highly recommend!
