I had such a lovely experience with Sao as my therapist today. I booked the 1hr 10 min experience for $195. I was so relaxed during the treatment I fell asleep. The chair was plush and comfortable and it was perfect to drift off during the hair washing and scalp massage. The neck massage was at a good intensity, and I left feeling so calm. They don’t fully dry your hair for you, but they tell you that on the website so I was expecting that. Total rip off and bad customer service. Avoid!! I went to Teneriffe. I had the treatment for hair growth. Leah was lovely and made the time very relaxing but was not worth the money. I had an itchy head afterwards for 2 days. I purchased a scalp serum for hair growth and used this which also made my head itchy. The product packaging only has Japanese writing so no instructions that I could read. The bottle was $129 so it should really come with some instructions in English. An unbelievable, incredibly relaxing 😌 experience at the West End store. I soaked up 100 minutes of pure indulgence and have already requested friends and family gift me vouchers so I can attend again and again. Every detail was well thought through. The ambience as soon as you step into the room judt sets the tone for what I can safely say, was hands down the most amazingly relaxing experience ever. Thank you, I can't wait to come back again!!
Firstly, the guy on the front desk seemed annoyed that I disturbed his peace by showing up. No smile, no welcoming attitude at all. I had the feeling I should feel privileged to be in his presence. The head massage was comfortable and enjoyable. The therapist checked my hair, declared it to be dry and proceeded to shampoo it twice for an extended period of time even though I told her I had washed to the previous day. I felt so welcomed when I arrived. Leah was absolutely lovely, soft spoken and just really intuned with the overall vibe I felt! It was super relaxing in the chair. Leah explained the whole process, had let me know what products were recommended to me and the products themselves were lovely and smelled AMAZING. I did fall asleep during some of the session and felt so good afterwards. It was easily a 10/10!
