Kris is fantastic, very intuitive and open to trying new approaches. Working with their practice for several years remotely, it was totally worth the trip to travel to winter garden to see Kris and April in person. Their whole practice works beautifully together and they consistently adopt holistic modalities to further healing. Not to mention, the fun creative calming facility and atmosphere! They deserve the highest recommendation!!

I use my voice regularly, and loudly, for a living. It gets a work out every single day. Nothing, and I mean nothing, helps more than the salt room at Totally The Spa. Give them a try. You won’t regret it.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Totally the Spa. I had a scheduled appointment at 3:30 PM and arrived early at 3:15 PM. When I arrived, the business was completely closed — the lights were off and the door was locked. There was a car parked outside, but no one answered the door. I called the number listed multiple times, walked around the building, and even sent a text message to the number associated with the business. The Salt room was comfortable and relaxing! Beautiful and amazing! I felt so relaxed and was able to rest…. The infrared sauna was just what I needed! It felt so good to pamper myself and do what’s good for me and my soul. I’m so happy something like this is in our town! The front desk was very helpful and kind! Go check it out! Highly recommended!!
