Tammy the manager here and JoAnne who did my nails are absolutely amazing. I had an issue with a nail chipping, they reached out very politely and offered to fix my nails for free. Not every place would do this, they were extremely nice and professional throughout the process and I appreciate them and Town and Nails a lot! Update: went back again and per usual Joanne killed it, she’s the best, would recommend her to anyone. Gel x with white peal chrome!

I tried something new and did the cat eye gel manicure. The results were amazing, I love them so much. Joanne does my nails everytime I go— she is detail oriented and takes her time to make sure your nails come out perfect! I recommend her.

Update: I went back to give them another chance and they did a fantastic job. There was much more care that went into it this time around and they were very efficient. Will update on the longevity of the manicure as well! Thank you Town. --- I really, really wanted to like this place because it is so close. The ladies are so incredibly kind. However, the gel manicure was just not up to par. My nails are all different lengths, the polish was applied unevenly / very chunkily, and there is top coat seeping into my nail bed / ... read more

Called for pricing and was told $38 for a gel manicure. Mani was fine, but the cuticles seemed incomplete and unclean and were not what I was expecting but she was done and happy with her work so I let it go... After tipping, I went to pay with a card and was notified there is a $3 surcharge for credit cards for each card transaction. Grow up people... it's 2025. People pay with cards and don't carry cash, and if you want high ratings, tell people who call that you have a charge for cards in advance.

I had such a great experience here! Jenny was incredibly sweet and paid so much attention to detail. My acrylics turned out perfect! I can’t wait to come back.
