Tammy the manager here and JoAnne who did my nails are absolutely amazing. I had an issue with a nail chipping, they reached out very politely and offered to fix my nails for free. Not every place would do this, they were extremely nice and professional throughout the process and I appreciate them and Town and Nails a lot! Update: went back again and per usual Joanne killed it, she’s the best, would recommend her to anyone. Gel x with white peal chrome!

I tried something new and did the cat eye gel manicure. The results were amazing, I love them so much. Joanne does my nails everytime I go— she is detail oriented and takes her time to make sure your nails come out perfect! I recommend her.

Update: I went back to give them another chance and they did a fantastic job. There was much more care that went into it this time around and they were very efficient. Will update on the longevity of the manicure as well! Thank you Town. --- I really, really wanted to like this place because it is so close. The ladies are so incredibly kind. I love the nails that Joanne did for me. They came out exactly how I wanted and she spent time on every detail making sure it was perfect even past closing! I 100% recommend her and I will be a regular.

I almost never leave review but I also have never been so disappointed and dissatisfied with my service at any establishment. My pedicure was rushed. Maybe 10 minutes max. No massage, barely any oils or lotions used. My entire pinky toe isn’t even painted! My massage chair didn’t work and I only know because I had to try myself to use it, even though I saw other patrons have their chair turned on for them. Other patrons were offered water, not me.
