I’ve been here a couple of times and they always do such a great job prepping and taking care of my nails. I had Sofia this time and she gave me a gel-x french, and this might be my favorite nail set to date. highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my service (gel mani and pedicure). Although my manicurist berated me during the service after I pulled my hand out of the gel machine because it was turned too hot. And then when I was checking out the forced 22% gratuity felt rather shady as I wasn’t given an option to pick any other gratuity option. She just handed me an iPad and said “this is your bill” we will charge your card on file. I wish the pricing was more transparent.

Was approached to have a complimentary service in exchange for new techs to train. I was told they’re skilled techs but new to Townhouse ecosystem. This was perfect because I was shopping for a salon near work to start going to regularly for convenience. I will say that the shop is aesthetically pleasing and the tech Kim who helped me was lovely. However, the trainer Lucy did not consider client relations in this service. I was traveling through Beverly Hills and was in desperate need of a pedicure. I have seen Townhouse all over my social media and was so excited to try it. After making the drive all the way to townhouse I was greeted by my very unkind and unfriendly nail tech. Thalia was less than amused to be doing my pedicure. Townhouse is the nail salon of my dreams. They perform dry manicures, which is popular where I’m from in DC. Townhouse is such a vibe. I definitely went there because I was following my girl, Brooke from another salon but the vibes were immaculate and all the other nail techs there were so sweet & accommodating to their own guests.
