My first time experience was wonderful.. the moment you walk into townhouse it feels welcoming and warm. As there is a check in area I was greeted my Elisa who was the nail tech that ended up doing my nails and let me tell you. She made my experience well worth coming back. She’s focused she’s wants your nail idea to be exactly what you want. I’ll definitely be coming back to work with her at townhouse.
I had such a great experience at Townhouse, and a huge part of that was thanks to Elisa. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and kind. She made us feel comfortable and truly cared for, checking in at just the right times and making sure everything was perfect. Townhouse is the nail salon of my dreams. They perform dry manicures, which is popular where I’m from in DC. Townhouse is such a vibe. I definitely went there because I was following my girl, Brooke from another salon but the vibes were immaculate and all the other nail techs there were so sweet & accommodating to their own guests. I’ve been here a couple of times and they always do such a great job prepping and taking care of my nails. I had Sofia this time and she gave me a gel-x french, and this might be my favorite nail set to date. highly recommend!
I got a system message that my schedule within me at 1:05am in the morning. On the other hand, they will charge you the full cost if you reschedule in less than 12 hours. No one pick up the phone at customer service (at least for the US location) and WhatsApp customer is a chatbot. I had to go to the salon to change the appointment. Luckily, someone cancelled when I got there and I get an appointment at the end. But if someone didn’t cancel, I don’t know what will happen.
