Generally a good salon have been there in the past and a shout out to George for a great hair wash but sadly the one star goes to Misha Shavari for butchering my hair. Tried her for the first time - went in for a trim and even showed her photos of my last hair cut - but now ended with my hair length cut off over 5 cm and now uneven on both sides. Best hair salon! I had such a positive experience - really nice and welcoming staff on the front desk and real quality haircuts. Christie from the Chatswood Tribe team has nailed it every time for my curly hair and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Would highly recommend! 😁
I had such a great experience at Tribe! I went in a couple days ago for colouring and it didn’t quite turn out as expected - not a reflection of the amazing staff just some miscommunication. I wasn’t sure whether I should say something but I’m so glad I did, they were very lovely about it and fixed it up free of charge. I’m so happy with the results, will definitely be returning :)
Absolutely fabulous experience. My hair was restored from two previous hair disasters. Louise corrected the colour and condition of my hair. Will definitely be returning. Massage and herbal tea also served during my visit. Thank you.
