**UPDATE** instead of listening to my concerns, they used chat gpt to respond - see photos attached. I have also attached a photo of the colour I asked for, in which we DIDNT lighten my hair to achieve this. (Aside of course from the bleached money pieces at the front). And an “honest” picture of it in natural light. No accountability. Asked for a copper tint, showed reference photo, yet I have walked out with brown hair. Lauren who is normally at Chatswood came to my usual salon in manly today and absolutely ruined my hair that I’d taken years to grow out and take care of meticulously. I’m utterly devastated and if you value your business and your customers, you need to address this as a matter of urgency to avoid this happening to other customers.
Generally a good salon have been there in the past and a shout out to George for a great hair wash but sadly the one star goes to Misha Shavari for butchering my hair. Tried her for the first time - went in for a trim and even showed her photos of my last hair cut - but now ended with my hair length cut off over 5 cm and now uneven on both sides. Brooklyn was great and I really appreciated the fact that it was chilled, with other hairdressers (elsewhere) I have felt they have looked down on me or judged me cos I don't get my hair done every 8 weeks but it was nice to get my hair done without that judgement or pressure. I did have one or two frustrations but that's kind of on me for not speaking up about it. Overall a good experience, the complimentary massage beforehand was good and makes the experience stand out a bit more.
I have been coming to this salon all the way from Western Sydney for a few years now and Lauren does a fantastic job on my colour and blowdry every time, she really does not miss! Amazing service at this lovely salon, cannot recommend Tribe enough :)
