I had glass nails put on for the first time. Bay did an amazing job. I absolutely love them! I used to do acrylics and these are so much better. She does amazing work. Very much worth the price knowing they won't destroy my natural nails like acrylic. My boyfriend had a pedicure with Luda for the first time. She was very nice, took her time and did a wonderful job. We'll definitely be back soon!! Also, everything was clean and hygienic.
This was my first time here and I cannot say enough good things about my experience! I get breakouts now because of the masks we need to wear. Veronica helped me decide on a custom facial specifically to meet my needs. Not only was the facial relaxing, but I left feeling immediately smoother, tighter and my skin is glowing. I highly recommend Veronica and Tricoci!

First off, 5 stars go to my stylist James as hes always amazing and does a wonderful job. However, I am pretty disappointed with the salon and the upcharges and charging me for the wrong service. I initially booked an appointment for a balayage and a haircut with a blowout. The haircut/blowout was only supposed to be $55. I got a simple cut and they charged me $88. Do not recommend!!! They don’t know what they are doing and fried out my hair only to blame it on me. Very quick to say it looks great as I said it’s purple on the side. Then she says she can strip out the color. Oh hell no your not touching my hair again. Do not go here!!! I tried to contact a manager and keep getting they are too busy to call me.
Received a call 40 minutes before my scheduled appointment from manager Brittany to inform me my appointment needs to be canceled due to a "booking error." They offered a $20 dollar credit, however this is not the experience one would expect from a high end salon. Very disappointing.
