On Saturday, 8/10, I booked an appointment for my daughter at the Bloomingdale location for a hair color at 2:15 pm. Shortly after I received a text from Tricoci confirming the appointment. Realizing that if we booked online, and as a first time offer, we could get an offer for 20% off service, my daughter created an account and booked an appointment for the same day at 3:15 pm. Sabina at the Bloomingdale Stratford location is awesome! She is a very experienced & knowledgeable stylist. She always does such a great job with my hair that I walk out of the salon knowing I chose the right stylist. As far as the company itself goes, it is very sad to hear that they no longer offer military discounts to their loyal customers. Disappointing service. When I first started going to this location, I had them choose anyone. Well I always had to go back for a redo every time. Erin did my redo once and I liked her. I continued to go with her and never had any complaints. So when I booked her for my upcoming wedding for a color, I got a call saying she had an emergency and couldn't do my hair. After decades of getting my hair done at the Bloomingdale location; I had to cancel one appointment due to an emergency. It was 23.5 hours before my appointment and they will have to charge me 50%. Please understand, this is also the same place which has canceled appointments on me at the very last minute, without a 24 hour notice. This has happened 3 times in the past year.
