I was surprised with my experience. My colorist rushed the process and wasn't the friendliest. She also picked me up late for my appointment. During my color process there was product dripping on my face, my colorist never came to check on my hair until it was done. I had high hopes for my first visit to Mario Tricoci Salon, especially after hearing so many positive things about their training and long-standing stylists. My daughter and I went for a spa afternoon. I had a massage with Meg (AMAZING! Will definitely request her next time!) and a pedicure with Sonya (It was okay. Had to ask for a neck pillow and then she offered water.) My daughter had a facial with Giselle (she loved her, made some great suggestions and bought an exfoliation that was recommended) and a dip-manicure with French tips with Tasha. Unfortunately, I left the salon completely disappointed. Becky was my colorist, and she rushed the entire process. She didn't seem to have a technique and instead just slopped the product onto my hair with little to no feathering. She wasn't engaging either. The whole process from start to finish was done in 45 mins. Very unusual. Riley has been my colorist for many years, she is the best! She is kind and patient and always takes her time listening to me and what I would like to do. Shes very honest in her opinion of what she thinks would be a good color for me and is always willing to talk it over and not rush me through the process. All the years I've been going to her she has always been consistent and the color always comes out perfect.
