Great prices and fast and always have wonderful recommendations. Great staff too. This is a first class medical faculty. What makes them really different is that they will take the time to explain all your different options and what they think would work best for you given your current situation which she really appreciates. Anna and Inna are two sweetest ladies I’ve ever encountered. Not that they have always been patient and nice with me, but they’ve also never pushed for any services, which is extremely important for me to stick with a medical spa. You get the best service, most honest opinions on treatments here without any pressure. This location is definitely my favorite spot in town!
Booking my very first appointment at Trifecta Med Spa was a breeze. I had to change my appointment couple of times due to work schedule and the receptionist was very accommodating. I came in the clinic and was welcomed by the very lovely Manager Anna. She was very reassuring and attentive to my needs. She introduced me to Yulia who was very nice and knowledgeable. Anna, Ina and Tiffany are the exceptional staff that keep me coming back to trifecta medspa 57th street. Tiffany provides excellent customer service. Anna is so personable; she makes me feel so at home with her warm welcome. Ina is amazing and has the special eyes and hands that create amazing coolsculpt results. It truly does depend on the tech ,and I will no longer go to anybody else now that I have worked with Ina and have the most amazing shape and coolsculpt results I could ask for.
This is the most amazing spot for anything skincare. Yulia my injector is super talented, she gave me the best recommendations and is super sweet. Inna does all kinds of facials treatments and knows so much about skin. Anna the manager is a sweetheart and runs the place wonderfully. The spa always has a lovely atmosphere, super clean and calm. I found these amazing ladies by chance and feel so lucky I did, super recommend it! They also have monthly specials with really good deals :)
