This is the only program that has worked for me since I turned 50. This was an easy program to follow, no counting points or calories. You do not have to attend meetings. The daily coaching was key to getting past the plateaus. It is worth the investment. I feel like I can keep up these new habits for the rest of my life. I feel better than I have in 5 years.
The decision to call TruBalance is by far one of the smartest decisions I've made in many years!!! I started the program early July 2021, and by early October 2021, I reached my goal weight. I am well pleased with Tru Balance When I first started 2 months ago I weighed 249 lbs and now I weight 220 lbs and I could be down even more but I cheat every now and then but overall I would recommend this program for anyone who’s trying to lose weight I love you Tru Balance Thanks
