The staff is amazing and the services are just as amazing. Shamir and Crystal were amazing. The only downside is I booked only an hour. Next time definitely booking for longer. This place was amazing. Would 100% recommend anyone considering to just go ahead and book, it will be well worth it!
Gregory deserves a raise! Seriously I’ve got many massages and many styles but this session was amazing. I feel that his pressure was perfect and the birthday package includes all the goodies: hot towels, hot stones, perfect amount of stretching, a face sheet mask, and I added on cupping which my back seriously needed. While vacationing in Charlotte my daughter and I decided to get massages and are so fortunate to have found Tyme Day Spa. We both agreed that these were the best massages we had ever had. My daughter had a Swedish massage with Gregory and I tried the Ashiatsu massage. Crystal explained that she would be walking on my back which I had never had done before and it was amazing. We left feeling so relaxed! Highly recommend.
The people actually giving the massage were great and all of the employees were courteous. We had a gift card that we intended to use, but an emergency occurred and we canceled within 24 hours. At no point while scheduling or canceling was any sort of within 24 hour cancellation penalty mentioned. They let us cancel and reschedule paying an extra $300 without any knowledge of this penalty until our gift card did not work while leaving. Very Disappointing Gift Card Experience!!! I had a really disappointing experience with the Luxury Couples Massage gift card I purchased for the Uptown location. To start, the physical gift card I received was not the same as what was shown on their website — it looked cheap and unprofessional, which was disappointing since it was meant to be a thoughtful gift.
