I met for a consult with Ashley today. I am very resistant to toxins and other kinds of treatments and I appreciated her being completely honest with me about my options and not trying to sell me anything I did not need and would likely not work. Ashley and Emma are truly amazing! They both made sure I felt safe and comfortable from the moment I got there to the moment I left. Ashley was wonderful and she walked me through everything, including explaining the entire process of the procedure I was getting done and answering any questions I had. They both checked up on me to make sure I was healing alright as well. I couldn’t have been in better hands and I highly recommend booking an appointment here!
I’ve had a wonderful experience each time I’ve come to Urban Aesthetics. I’m relatively new to the area and have had Botox and filler in both South Florida & Richmond. Ashley is by far the best injector I’ve had. Super knowledgeable on every product and service they offer, answers all questions, & provides great suggestions based on your personal goals. The ladies at the front desk are always very friendly and helpful too!
Loved Ashley! She is the best! She gave me Jeuveau and was so gentle and had so much knowledge about what was happening ing with my aging face and all the things to correct it! I’ve been to lots of injectors and she is by far the best!
I had an amazing experience here! The staff was incredibly friendly, and Ashley did a phenomenal job with my injections. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!
