I have seen both Ashely and Jess. Ashely helped me obtain a very natural lip with injections and was so helpful throughout the whole process. She informed me throughout the entire process and i am IN LOVE with the results. I see Jess for all of my spa treatments and I could go on for hours about how amazing she is! I met for a consult with Ashley today. I am very resistant to toxins and other kinds of treatments and I appreciated her being completely honest with me about my options and not trying to sell me anything I did not need and would likely not work. EDIT: They're saying "frozen" is subjective but the actual phrase we repeated back and forth to each other over and over was NO MOVEMENT! So dishonest. 0 stars if I could. Do not be fooled by these positive reviews! I have never had such an awful experience getting injected. I wanted a frozen forehead like I have been getting for 5 years now. I’ve had a wonderful experience each time I’ve come to Urban Aesthetics. I’m relatively new to the area and have had Botox and filler in both South Florida & Richmond. Ashley is by far the best injector I’ve had. Super knowledgeable on every product and service they offer, answers all questions, & provides great suggestions based on your personal goals. The ladies at the front desk are always very friendly and helpful too!

Loved Ashley! She is the best! She gave me Jeuveau and was so gentle and had so much knowledge about what was happening ing with my aging face and all the things to correct it! I’ve been to lots of injectors and she is by far the best!
