I love this place, I was so skeptical, only about taking care of me. Urban esthetics is the place if you want to freshen your look or go deeper. Janell is so warm and inviting and she makes you feel comfortable …. she connects with you before she even walks in the room. I love my new gentle refresh, I plan to go for a deeper facial soon. If I could give it 10 stars I would! I was so extremely comfortable from the moment I walked in and was greeted by Taylor. She showed me around and went over the different services they provide. I had a facial with Grace and it was honestly everything I didn't know I needed! She was so very nice and informative. I cannot wait to go back and see them both! Do yourself a favor and schedule yourself for some TLC.

Jeanel is the best. She is so friendly and makes everyone feel at ease and relaxed during their visit. She is also extremely talented at what she does, that's why I continue to go back to see her. Would 100% recommend her to anyone in the area.

I love this place! The staff are very friendly, and professional. When asking questions they are knowledgeable about their services and the results you should have.I started going here a couple months ago and have had a couple services done since then. I will forever be a loyal customer and would recommend anyone that’s thinking about getting any of their services to book with them. You will not be disappointed!
