I have been coming to Urban Aesthetics since shortly after they opened in Gilbert. Jordan White and his wonderful staff always take care of all my needs/treatments. Jordan is a wealth of knowledge and never pushes anything on you. Always has the best and newest treatments. He takes his time to explain everything and answer all questions. Never rushed. Jordan has been my go-to skin expert in Arizona for almost 2 years now. After neglecting my skin in my early 20s and bouncing from med spa to med spa in hopes of some overnight miracle, I finally found Jordan. Everyone at the office was amazing! My injector nurse was super sweet and she even helped me when I felt faint afterwards and didn’t let me leave until I was feeling better. I was super informed about everything they were doing and what to expect every step of the way. Everyone there knows what they’re talking about and I 100% will refer them to anyone that I can! Amazing establishment and people.
As a new customer with Urban Aesthetics, the staff made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. Jordan was amazing. He explained everything thoroughly, listened to what I would like done, and figured out exactly what to do. Good experience all around.
