I have had great experiences here. Melissa is amazing, she did my Botox and lip filler - she made me feel so comfortable and I was in love with the results. I have also seen Adrianna for a facial which was also a great experience.
I booked a dermaplaning facial, a brow wax and tint, and a lash lift and tint for my upcoming wedding, which was communicated when the appointments were booked. I have received a dermaplaning facial here before and loved it, but this time the esthetician told me I needed “extractions” and dug at my face for 20 plus minutes after I expressed my concern about redness/swelling multiple times, given that I will be getting married in a week. The staff was very friendly. I went in for a lip flip and to gently lift my brow. The results were horrible. Lip flip did nothing and my eyes dropped so badly. What a waste of money. She said I had too many male hormones that's why it didn't work. Not true. I am on HRT and am estrogen dominant. Regardless, it was a complete waste of $500.
Vanessa is absolutely sensational at what she does. I’m obsessed with her and I’ve only seen her twice 🤣 10/10 recommend Vanessa for all your facial needs💓💓
The staff is semi-friendly and the experience is comfortable so I wish I could rate it higher, but at the end of the day it’s the service outcome you pay for that matters. I’ve had lash lifts done before but this was my 1st time here. I don’t notice a curl in my lashes at all and I just got them done... I wish I had liked it, but I will not be returning under any circumstance because I am so unsatisfied. I don’t think the lift will even last 2 weeks.
