This was my first time at Van Michael and I had a great experience! After reading all the lovely reviews about Bebe, I decided to book an appointment with her and she did not disappoint! She was very attentive as I described the hairstyle I wanted and gave a lot of helpful styling and hair care tips throughout the appointment. I absolutely love my new haircut and will definitely be back to schedule another appointment with Bebe in the future!
I had my first appointment at Van Michael Salon today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Graham did an incredible job with my hair color. From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience. Not only did I find an amazing colorist, but I also felt like I made a new friend. Highly recommend Graham!
My stylist made me wait for an hour, got the wrong service, left with temporary dye that I had to wash out myself, and there is very little visible difference in my hair: I have been a Van Michael customer for the past year, have visited multiple locations, and had a great experience with the new talent program before. I signed up for a New Talent Balayage, and went in for a consultation the day before my appointment. Bebe does such a great job with my cut every time. She goes above and beyond with explaining how to style and care for my hair. Plus she’s a great chat!
This was an incredible experience. Bebe understood exactly what I wanted for my haircut and executed it perfectly! She didnt only give me an amazing haircut but she also took the time to get to know my every day hair routine & explain each product she would recommend and why. She actually cared about my hair health and took the time to make me understand more about it. I could not recommend bebe & the salon enough! Will definitely be coming back more often.
