I’ve seen Michelle twice now, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough! She really takes the time to listen to what I want and then gives her suggestions that suits my hair type. The quality of her work is unmatched, and the attention to detail is truly impressive. If you're looking for a hairdresser who truly knows their craft look no further!
Michelle is AMAZING. She was such a warm and welcoming energy to be greeted by (my first time in this salon). I felt immediately at-ease with her, and she took time to ask me many questions about my hair, etc. She didn't at any point act rushed, and she was 100% service oriented (made me feel like her most important client!) The haircut I received was absolutely fantastic; she was such a professional yet so personable. I can't wait to go back! Thank you Michelle for bringing new life to my hair! What a great morning!
Selah is an *incredible* stylist! She cut my daughter’s hair exactly how she asked, giving her opinion on exactly how it would work best for her face shape etc, but actually listened to how she wanted it cut and styled. It is the best haircut she has had in years, and Selah is a wonderfully personable and welcoming young woman. While she is considered “new talent” don’t be fooled, this stylist knows exactly what she is doing and you will NOT be sorry you sat in her chair. I would give her 100 stars if I could!
Chole did a fantastic job on my color and was so patient answering all my questions and made some great suggestions. I'll definitely be back to see her!
Van Michael has started to charge the client a 100% fee if they do not cancel within six hours of the appointment. Since the salon is closed on Sunday, I called 18 hours before a Monday appointment to cancel, and left a message. The next day, I look at my bank account, and see that I have been charged $135, even though I left a message well in advance. I called to speak to a customer service person, and they told me that "they'll have to listen to their messages and call me back." (Are they implying that I am lying?) I... read more
