I love working with Henson for my color. He does an excellent job! Better than anyone I’ve ever had. He’ll tell you if something will or will not work for you, and he knows exactly what to do to make it happen. And if I wait too long in between appointments, my hair still looks good. Henson is really a top-notch colorist. My highlights blend in and look completely natural. And for cuts, Hannah is the best, which is probably why she keeps getting promoted. Josh is an amazing human being and an even better colorist. Always a blast spending time with him and makes my appointments enjoyable and I always love my results, without exception. He is THE BEST! I cannot give Kenneth enough stars. He was so great with my 14 year old daughter and he was able to cut and style her hair EXACTLY how she wanted it. He is professional yet personable, kind and engaging, knowledgeable and extremely talented. 14-year-old girls can be hard to please, but she walked out of there beaming, and she has not shut up about how much she enjoyed him since!
I went to Kenny in the Sandy Springs location on my birthday my hair was beautiful eventhough the rinse didn't go as planned. The next morning my hair was frizzy and sticky look like it had not been done. I have never had this to happen before. I called the salon several times left messages just to see what products were used to try and figure out what happened no return phone call I was very disappointed I was charged 195 after being told 150.
