The services are good, and so are the people offering the services. But, scheduling and management staff are horrible. Appointments are canceled and changed without asking the customers. No matter how nice you are and how hard you try, you can never reach someone who can help when this happens. If I were to change my appts, then I would reschedule at their convenience. Whoever is running the IG page for Van Michael Salons is unprofessional and when I reached out to corporate to inquire who was running it they did nothing and blocked me even though I've been a client there for 10+ years. CARLY AND Missy in HR said they didn't know who runs their IG page which I find to be untrue. I will happily spend my money in a salon that is professionally run and treats it's clients with respect.
