I had my haircut today done by Ava. She is incredibly skilled and beautiful, kind hearted person. She listened to me and did her job best beyond my expectations. She applied shampoo, conditioner, and after haircut she also set my hair with blow drier. She cut my side-bangs so, so well. I never had such a cute hairstyle before. One star because the stylist was very kind and friendly and I really appreciate Vann-Studios all-inclusive no-tips policy. However, I was incredibly disappointed by the quality of the highlights I received. I had requested a few natural blond highlights, Instead, I was left with greyish roots and bright yellow chunky stripes on my head, as seen in the pictures. The whole experience of this salon was fantastic. I saw Jacob for a haircut and deep conditioning for my natural curls. Right from the start, he was incredibly attentive to what I wanted to achieve from the haircut, listening to my current issues and how I wanted my hair to look overall. He was communicative in every step of the process and was thorough with the entire haircut with both clippers and shears, cuttung my hair both dry and wet. I came in for a conditioning treatment, haircut, and blowout from Shanna and it was an amazing experience! They greeted me with warm tea and coffee offerings. Then Shanna took time to understand my vision and bring it to life. While my conditioning treatment set, they brought me to the spa room with foot massage machines and it was so relaxing! Thanks Shanna and team.

Wow, my stylist, Jess, is a true artist! She is A-MAZ-ING!!!!!. I’ve struggled in the past finding stylist that can meet all of my hair goals. However, now my search is over. She is the BEST thing that has ever happened to my hair. When assessing color options, Jess helped me find the right color match that exceeded my expectations.
