My wife and I tried this to see what it was like and after our 1st session we signed up as weekly members. We train hard through the week and go for a long ride on the weekends and Vikasati is brilliant for our recovery and makes training the next week so much easier. The staff are really polite and professional and the facility is clean, organised and has a great vibe. From the moment my husband and I finished our first session, I knew we’d be back. We actually signed up that same day. It’s quickly become something I genuinely look forward to every week. Life and training can feel full-on, so having dedicated time to slow down, reset and properly recover has been amazing. Little hidden spot - but perfect 👌🏼 Had 90min bathhouse session for 2. Was amazing! Clean area and a sauna large enough for multiple people. The staff that helped us “Molly” was so friendly and very welcoming. What a great experience. Definitely coming back!! Was so immersed and relaxed that I spaced on taking photos. 🙃
LOVE my weekly Vika sessions in Red Hill! It's become an investment in myself and the perfect way for me to recover and reset after a weekend of hard hiking and climbing mountains. I love the atmosphere, the soft music and scent. I'm actually craving the cold plunge pool as it gives me such a boost and endorphin high. I've even started jumping in the ice bath recently which I never thought I would! Love Vikasati! Highly recommend!
One of the best sauna experiences in Brisbane. Great temperature and humidity, and the cold plunge is perfect. The place is always clean and well maintained, and the staff are very friendly. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommended.
