I really do want to like viva day spa bc they’re local, close to where I live, and all services I need could be done here, but this isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed. Massages have been good, but waxing (and facials) have not been. My apt was 10 minutes behind. Upon entering the Viva/35th, I was immediately more mellow. Staff were friendly and efficient and ambience was calming. Facial with Jill was relaxing and allowed me to escape the world’s stressors for an hour and take care of my skin—won-win!
Kate is hands down the best injector I’ve been to. I’ve been getting Botox for over five years and have seen several injectors, but Kate has set the bar to a new standard. She took the time to ask detailed questions, went over what I’ve liked and disliked from past results, and kept me informed every step of the way. I had a great experience with Kate at Viva Day Spa! She was so kind, accommodating, and made me feel very comfortable. I had never had lip filler, and she really prioritized what would fit with my natural features. She took the time took explain the process and answer all my questions. Kate was very thorough in explaining care and everything I need to do after our appointment. I really love the results. I would highly recommend!
Christina at check-in was welcoming. My massage from Robin was one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve had. She was attentive to what I expressed my issues were and most importantly in tuned with what my body needed. Overall pleasant experience, I would highly recommend.
