Kate was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, she was kind, calm, and incredibly professional. She has such a warm and reassuring bedside manner that immediately helped ease my nerves. Excellent staff. I was asked if there is a particular area I wanted a the masseuse to focus on by the masseuse and I said to her yes, lower back, please however she focus on the upper back. So this was not miscommunication between or because of a middle person as she asked me directly, and I responded to her directly. I had a great experience with Kate at Viva Day Spa! She was so kind, accommodating, and made me feel very comfortable. I had never had lip filler, and she really prioritized what would fit with my natural features. She took the time took explain the process and answer all my questions. Kate was very thorough in explaining care and everything I need to do after our appointment. I really love the results. I would highly recommend!

Kate is hands down the best injector I’ve been to. I’ve been getting Botox for over five years and have seen several injectors, but Kate has set the bar to a new standard. She took the time to ask detailed questions, went over what I’ve liked and disliked from past results, and kept me informed every step of the way. Massages are ok, but waxing and facials have not been. Too expensive for the subpar service. For waxing, my apt was 10 minutes behind. While my specialist tried to be friendly with small talk, it was at the cost of missing or overdoing areas she was responsible for. I wasn’t asked what I wanted, and when I brought it up, she cut me off to say “we’ll keep the shape” (I happened to want that, but what if I hadn’t?).
