I had a fantastic time at Viva’s Round Rock location for a birthday massage. From the moment I set up my appointment via your phone, the staff was incredibly helpful in coordinating with my schedule. As soon as I stepped into the establishment, I was greeted warmly. My massage therapist, Georgia, was incredibly kind and accommodating to my needs, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. It was a wonderful way to start my birthday.
100% recommend this wonderful spa. This is great place for a nice downtime. I had a really nice experience with Elysia. She’s wonderful in explaining the whole process and listened patiently to all the curious questions I had. Her massages are the best 💫 Definitely will be recommending all my friends and coming back to this spa in the future ✨^_^
It truly saddens me to write this, because this has been my absolute favorite day spa in the Austin area for years. I’ve spent time between both the Round Rock and Domain locations and have favorite aestheticians at each. Unfortunately, as of today, I will no longer be a customer. Last week, I spent about 30 minutes on the phone with one of the managers at the Domain location discussing repeated scheduling issues. I came to Viva for my first massage ever and Delta did a fantastic job! She made me feel so relaxed and taken care of. I appreciate her pressure throughout and she really listened to my bothersome areas. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and will definitely be requesting Delta in the future!
Got a gift certificate for this and opted for a 45 min Swedish massage and 15 min scalp massage at the Round Rock location and I am SO GLAD that I did! Tee was amazing; I told her what needed work and did she work those muscles! I could physically feel knots coming undone and pressure just floating away. Overall, the whole process was efficient and the vibe was calming. A side note that Viva made this newly renovated space a very cool building for this business!
