Was very nervous coming into my first aesthetic appointment but I needn't have been! Nurse Vikki made me feel so comfortable and relaxed for lip fillers and I love the result! So happy I booked with Viva Skin Clinics. Will definitely be back :)
I had my first visit at the Chelsea clinic today with Dr Rupert. The reception team were very welcoming and the clinic was lovely. Dr Rupert was very knowledgable and I was reassured that I was in safe hands. The treatment was painless and I was talked through some potential other treatments of interest which I am keen to look into. Looking forward to seeing the results!
Today I have visited Viva Skin Clinic in Chelsea and I must say how professional and friendly I have been welcomed, but not only! The whole visit went smoothly and easily! First visit here today and very impressed. Staff are kind and caring made me feel welcomed. Everything was beautiful and clean and I felt very relaxed in the waiting room where I was offered a drink. Was met by dr Rupert who made me feel at ease and was very professional. Had my procedure, he talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable and happy to continue. I am going back again in two weeks. I am really happy with the results and would highly recommend him. Thank you.
I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Viva Skin Clinic. I booked and paid for 1ml of lip filler, but I received only 0.5ml. The results were not what I had requested, with my lips lacking the shape and definition I was promised. When I returned for a review appointment, my concerns were dismissed and no offer was made to correct the issue.
