I had an amazing experience with the whole team, everyone was so professional and welcoming. Everything was clearly explained to me from start to finish, and Vikki really took the time to listen to all my concerns. I’m so happy with the results, my lips are as natural as I hoped for! Dr Rupert is a specialist in his field and this was evident by the amazing temple filler treatment he administered. He was warm and professional and delivered a very natural and harmonious result. He was able to achieve the outcome I was looking for without the need for filler on both sides as it turned out one side was more pronounced and correcting this was enough to re-establish symmetry and balance to my face. I highly recommend VIVA Skin Clinic! From the moment you walk in, the receptionists are incredibly welcoming and friendly, which makes for a great first impression. My experience with Vikki was fantastic. She is not only very sweet and professional but also a great listener. I really appreciated that she took the time to understand my problem and we worked together to find a solution. I'm so happy with the results and felt completely safe and comfortable discussing my concerns with her. A truly positive experience!
