I had such a lovely experience with Nurse Vikky, she was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring throughout my consultation. She took the time to answer all of my questions in detail and made sure I understood everything clearly. Phoebe was amazingly helpful today. I was made to feel so comfortable, was given great advice and had a completely pain free procedure. Really happy with my visit to Viva today, and will be returning!

I called to move my appointment and was informed I would be charged £75 because it fell within the 48-hour cancellation window. As a new and regular client who called first thing the day before my appointment, I expected some understanding or flexibility. Unfortunately, there was none, and the situation was handled with no sense of care or consideration, very poor.
