After finishing my 3-course Lumi Eye treatment, I can’t recommend Viva Skin Tunbridge Wells enough. Nurse Vikki chatted through all of the available options in great detail, giving her recommendations and telling me any pros and cons related with them. After my consultation we actually came up with a different plan of action to that I went in, which was in fact slightly cheaper. I have been visiting Rupert in their Tunbridge Wells practice for 3 years now. I leave Rupert to make decisions on what we do for the best results and I can say I have never been happier with the results. At last I have found someone I completely trust to make the most of my appearance and would not consider going elsewhere. I can completely recommend Viva without hesitation.

The treatments are always professional and client focused. Lovely surroundings with friendly staff. Additionally, good aftercare and follow ups. It really feels like a complete service and I'm always delighted with the results.
I had a consultation for chin filler as I was self conscious of my side profile. The nurse was quick to point out all my other flaws and all the treatment she recommended, this totalled £8k. She was quick to point out this would need topping up every couple of months. I left feeling even more self conscious and upset, not the experience I expected and a horrible sales technique by battering your confidence to almost bully you into their whole range of treatment. Viva will not be getting my business
