I called to move my appointment and was informed I would be charged £75 because it fell within the 48-hour cancellation window. As a new and regular client who called first thing the day before my appointment, I expected some understanding or flexibility. Unfortunately, there was none, and the situation was handled with no sense of care or consideration, very poor.

I had the hydrafacial with Arianna and my skin feels fantastic after. The team were all really friendly and Arianna was very knowledgable about all the products - she explained each step of the facial as she was doing it. Would highly recommend!
