The overall environment at VIVA skin clinics tunbridge wells is amazing. Staff are so helpful and communicate really well. I get messages and phone calls to remind me about my appointments which are also really helpful. Would 100% recommend.

Vikki was fab! So lovely and welcoming. She took the time to explain the whole process and let me ask as many questions as I could possibly think of! Saraca was also lovely on reception and put me straight at ease when I walked in a little anxious! ☺️

I’ve been going to the Viva Clinic at Tunbridge Wells for many years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. You will receive a friendly welcome and professional caring treatment. Nurse Vicki is amazing knowledgeable and I would sincerely recommend her.

I had such a lovely experience with Nurse Vikky, she was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring throughout my consultation. She took the time to answer all of my questions in detail and made sure I understood everything clearly. The clinic was spotless, the team were welcoming, and everything was explained clearly so I felt completely at ease throughout my treatment. The procedure itself was quick and comfortable. Excellent service, professional care from Phoebe and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
