Vikki was fab! So lovely and welcoming. She took the time to explain the whole process and let me ask as many questions as I could possibly think of! Saraca was also lovely on reception and put me straight at ease when I walked in a little anxious! ☺️

The clinic was spotless, the team were welcoming, and everything was explained clearly so I felt completely at ease throughout my treatment. The procedure itself was quick and comfortable. Excellent service, professional care from Phoebe and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Phoebe was amazingly helpful today. I was made to feel so comfortable, was given great advice and had a completely pain free procedure. Really happy with my visit to Viva today, and will be returning!
