My experience with VIVA and Vikki was fantastic. Vikki was lovely, very helpful with explaining treatments and made me feel at ease. Super happy with the results and will be coming back ☺️
Lovely place, very friendly and no pressure to buy. Dr Rupert was very professional and informative every step of the way. Shelley on Reception was very clear in explaining the next steps for any follow-up etc.

Yet again I seen Nurse Vikki. Such a lovely nurse very professional and explains everything I need to know so nothing is unexpected. I love this clinic so welcoming and make you feel at home. I wanted to share a quick update regarding my recent attempt to book an online appointment. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to secure a booking. They called me and I was immediately asked for my card details to get an appointment, which I found quite off-putting. Without your card details is not possible to create an account and get an appointment!!! They explain is a policy to prevent potential cancellations, but it's the only place I've encountered such a practice. Any hairdressers, nails salon....
