Lovely place, very friendly and no pressure to buy. Dr Rupert was very professional and informative every step of the way. Shelley on Reception was very clear in explaining the next steps for any follow-up etc.
I wanted to share a quick update regarding my recent attempt to book an online appointment. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to secure a booking. They called me and I was immediately asked for my card details to get an appointment, which I found quite off-putting. Without your card details is not possible to create an account and get an appointment!!! They explain is a policy to prevent potential cancellations, but it's the only place I've encountered such a practice. Any hairdressers, nails salon....
A wonderful experience with the team and the lovely Vikki - they fit me in at the very last minute, put me instantly at ease and gave me some wonderful advice about my skin health and potential treatments. I will be back, and be sending my friends. Thank you all and see you soon!
