I love Vogue Salon! Having been a customer at their Laguna Beach and Newport Beach locations for over 15 years. I can confidently say that at each of my visits I walk out with a fantastic haircut and color, and leave the salon feeling absolutely wonderful. Love this salon and my stylist, Erin (and her assistant Sam)! The staff is very helpful and I love that I can text them to change appointments. My hair is not easy to deal with - very thick and coarse. Erin is super technical and experienced. She knows how to tame my hair which is hard to find!!
Love love love this place. Been going here even after I moved south to San Diego. The stylists are amazing and consistent. I have total trust that they will make me look great, listen to my ideas and execute flawlessly. Shout out to Eddie who has been my trusted stylist for years. I keep making the drive just for him!
My first ever negative review about a Hair Salon. If you want a nice copper brown balayage do not go to Vogue Salon and see Massimo. You’ll get absolutely every color except the one you ask. Either blonde or brown, but for some reason, never even close to the color and also completely uneven. I first started with a blonde, balayage, medium tone, then I went back and I got a dark brown, and then it was platinum blonde at the tips of my hair for some reason. Managers not professional , hair stylist are sweet but lack experience or dont specialize in color. My hair is fixed but should never had been touched if they coildnt get the job done, which does not mean being condescending or rude. I asked clearly if they could do my hair even went in for a consultation. They should be fully responsible for the situation instead owner / old italian lady just turns into a B so done killing them with kindness enjoy the bad review. Trash salon.
