I really wanted to like Wink Brows because the location is prime and the technician who helped me was genuinely kind and accommodating. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t match the price point. I love Wink Brow Bar, and Olivia is the best! She’s incredibly sweet and friendly, always making me feel welcome. Olivia pays great attention to detail, and she did my brows perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Highly recommend her! 🩵

DO NOT GO HERE unless you want your brows and lashes to be ruined. I came in here on December 16th 2024 for a lash lift and tint and brow threading for the first time the day before going home for the holidays and Im only now writing this review because I was left with a HORRIBLE EYE INFECTION from the lash tint and it just recently cleared up ruining my entire holiday vacation and time home with my family. I’ve come here a ton and they usually do a great job so I’m having trouble writing this review. I like to keep my eyebrows thick and usually I ask to clean them up and keep them as thick as possible. I had an appt w Carolyn and she seemed to understand that but when I looked in the mirror after the service my brows were sooo thin. Way thinner than when I came in and definitely more than “cleaned up.” I’m pretty devastated about this, as it’s going to take forever for them to grow in. Unfortunately I won’t be returning.

Customer service was great and the technician walked me through everything she was doing. I got a brow lamination and tint as well as a lash lift and tint. Brows came out great and were exactly what I asked for. Lash lift and tint did not come out as expected I think brows may be their focus. The tint is all in my lash line and they aren’t as curled as I would have thought which I wasn’t expecting. Otherwise, good experience and would recommend to a friend to come here for their brows for sure
