I’ve come here a ton and they usually do a great job so I’m having trouble writing this review. I like to keep my eyebrows thick and usually I ask to clean them up and keep them as thick as possible. I had an appt w Carolyn and she seemed to understand that but when I looked in the mirror after the service my brows were sooo thin. Way thinner than when I came in and definitely more than “cleaned up.” I’m pretty devastated about this, as it’s going to take forever for them to grow in. Unfortunately I won’t be returning.
DO NOT GO HERE unless you want your brows and lashes to be ruined. I came in here on December 16th 2024 for a lash lift and tint and brow threading for the first time the day before going home for the holidays and Im only now writing this review because I was left with a HORRIBLE EYE INFECTION from the lash tint and it just recently cleared up ruining my entire holiday vacation and time home with my family. Wow. I never had a lash lift before and I was a bit nervous. But O M G what an amazing job Diana did on me. Soft hands, knowledgeable and informative, and so comforting because she saw I was nervous. I can not get over how much I love my lashes. They talk about “embrowerment” here at wink and I see why. I felt amazing after looking in the mirror and seeing my stunning lashes. I already can’t wait to come back
Highly recommend Diana. I did a brow shape, tint, and calming treatment and my brows look so much better than before. The calming treatment was so relaxing, the perfect balance after threading!
I really liked this place when I first went so I’m sad about this. Went back a second time for threading and now my brows are two completely different shapes and sizes.
