You open at 830. My appointment was at 845 and I'm still sitting wondering when I'll be seen at 915.(Didn't see Dr until 945) I thought having an early appointment would mean I don't have to sit here for over an hour like last time. And then have the nerve to want to charge people for missing their appointments??? Get a grip. The Nurses and Doctors are super nice at least!

Reception is great. However the parking, the place, the smells, the waiting room and the doctor room is 1/5. We wait 2 hours and everyone smells like perfume and I can't see, im itchy... then yay were in a room. Door closed so it is so hot which I almost get a heat stroke, yes Im serious as i have heat issues. Just to wait another hour to see Dr. Al-Moumen . 3 hours, parking paid multiple times because of the delay. I go there for the Endocrinologist, I love my Dr so this isn't to do with them. However the desk lady I have talked to many occasions is extremely rude. I have a couple mental health disabilities and she puts me into straight panic attacks. She interrupts me constantly and makes me feel like I'm not being heard. She refuses to leave messages for my Dr from me about questions I have regarding my current results about my health, making me wait to ask 2 months later when I have an appointment. We received a letter from Dr Camoriano 2 weeks before the scheduled surgery regarding payment and surgery information. My husband was scheduled for cataract surgery at 930 in the morning at Miscordia. We paid and did all the eye drops needed. Apparently, they couldn't find his name on the list and needed to call Winnipeg Clinic. Winnipeg Clinic informed us that they'd been calling my husband because they needed more measurements for his eye. Another surprise was that they got the phone number wrong. I was waiting with my 83yr old father to see Dr T.Bower yesterday. We were in a very busy waiting room full of elderly patients. Most of them I would have to guess were around the same age or older ( a few were younger) The one girl who was calling patients in yelled at everyone to be quiet like they were children and misbehaving.
