Radhika is very sweet. She was very patient with us learning the system. Esther was also very good. They helped us a lot when we had difficulty understanding some of the people. I still think we have a lot to learn and Radhika assured us we would have more support until we felt comfortable with system. But overall, I feel it was a good experience. Just working out the kinks in the system
My experience with Zenoti has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was blatantly lied to during the sales demo, where I was assured their software included a gap-free scheduling feature—an absolutely non-negotiable requirement for my business. After signing up and beginning the onboarding process, I discovered this feature doesn't exist. I cannot recommend the Zenoti team more highly. The platform itself is extremely customizable, and despite having to move an unimaginable amount of data, our On boarding team has been spectacular at every turn. I'm truly grateful and blown away by the level of support I've received, and how lovely the team has been to deal with, even helping me work around an overseas holiday and a family emergency during the set up. We went live with Zenoti at our MedSpa 2 weeks ago. Our old systems didn’t “talk” to each other (payment, scheduling, rewards, gift cards, texting, etc.). Switching to Zenoti has been life changing for the operational efficiency at our office. Zenoti offers everything we were looking for. It is a great system to grow a business with.
