Zenoti's platform is a very robust software that provides many of the details I was looking for in a system for my medical spa. The ability to fine tune and customize many aspects is great. While there are/will be growing pains, I believe Zenoti will help the business and "future-proof," my business, from a software prospective, as it grows. Their support team, specifically Siva, have been very patient during the first few weeks, and have helped me learn a lot about the software and its intricacies.
I have used Zenoti in two different medical spas and recommend it to everyone! The amount of information and customization available can be overwhelming but once you have it set up with the help of your Zenoti success team, it makes every task from taking payments to getting reviews, so much easier. I appreciate their dedication to continuously growing and improving their software based on what their customers are asking for. If you're needing a software system that does it all, Zenoti is it!
We've used the platform for 3+ years now and enjoy the use! Especially that Zenoti is not a stagnant platform. It's constantly taking in feedback and making improvements.
