Zenoti's platform is a very robust software that provides many of the details I was looking for in a system for my medical spa. The ability to fine tune and customize many aspects is great. While there are/will be growing pains, I believe Zenoti will help the business and "future-proof," my business, from a software prospective, as it grows. Their support team, specifically Siva, have been very patient during the first few weeks, and have helped me learn a lot about the software and its intricacies.
I continue to be wildly impressed by Zenoti's deep understanding of our industry and the new offerings designed to help us stay connected to our clients. I can't recommend Zenoti enough to similar service providers! My team and I absolutely made the right decision to switch over to Zenoti from Mindbody.
We've used the platform for 3+ years now and enjoy the use! Especially that Zenoti is not a stagnant platform. It's constantly taking in feedback and making improvements. After many years on another major platform, I was initially apprehensive about switching to Zenoti.
